I am a Singaporean who is currently living in Hong Kong.

I spent over 15 years in an oil and gas environment within IT management.  My competency is in IT Project Management, Change Management, Agile Methodology, Design Thinking, people development and organisational transformation. I have a wealth of experience in the areas of strategy development, digital transformation, organisation change initiatives, process innovation and operational excellence. Taking on leadership roles in a MNC to manage global IT teams have honed my ability to navigate complex organisations, engage across cultural nuances, manage multi-level stakeholders and collaborate with cross divisional teams to bring diverse groups of people towards a common outcome.

The combination of my skills and experiences in IT, strategy and design thinking places me in a unique position to take a big picture view, connect the dots, translate strategy into tangible actions, tackle complex problems and help people reframe their perspectives.
